Avocado Ice Cream



Ingredients
Avocado: 2
Milk: 3 cups
Sugar: ¼ cup(add more if required)
Corn flour: 1 tbsp.
Method of Preparation
Take the pulp of avocado
In a bowl add milk, corn flour and sugar.
Stir well without forming lumps.
Then add avocado pulp to it.
Keep on the stove and stir continuously and switch off the flame when boils and thickens.
Let it cool and blend in a blender and transfer into a container and refrigerate.
When it freeze 70%, take out from the freezer and blend it again and freeze.
Do the same process once again when it freeze upto 70% and again freeze it.
Decorate with any nuts of your choice and serve chilled.

Avocados turned out be tricky in a cheesecake experiment. We somehow could not take to the flavour. Did you find the level of sweetness working with the avocado's ?

Lovely!This is so tempting!I've never made ice cream and home and when you show it to be so easy, I have to give it s quick try:)I'm not too fond of avocado but I may try this with some other fruit - strawberry for example.What do you say - will this work?Please - I need your thoughts!
